Reiki Session
Reiki is a gentle and calming practice that uses energy to help the body relax and promote healing. Currently, I am only providing virtual, distance Reiki sessions for new clients.
Why Muddy Lotus?
Embracing Our Whole Being
The lotus flower, rooted in mud, submerges each night into river water, only to miraculously re-bloom every morning, unfolding its petals slowly. Across cultures, this transformative process is linked to themes of rebirth and spiritual enlightenment. To me, it serves as a poignant reminder that wisdom, freedom, and beauty emerge from embracing our shadows, challenges, and humanity, rather than hiding or trying to forget these integral parts of our story.
Tarot and Reiki, powerful tools for self-reflection, offer a pathway to embrace our shadows fully, fostering embodiment and presence in the present moment. Walking alongside others on their path to self-trust, self-acceptance, and self-love is a such a gift.
